WinPE boot error

I just joined the Desktop Engg team at Lord Abbett. I am trying to create a WinPE image and boot from it through CDS and it is giving me error after loading the RAMDISK image.
The error is "File \i386\System32\ntoskrnl.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 14. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit."

Once i press a key, it will reboot.

I followed the below procedure.

Within CDS client manager, i went to Image Files -> New WinPE Image. It created an iso for me and I call that iso from one of my menus.

Please help!!
