Error: Invalid local media boot partition. with EU-4201

Hi,
I have just received one USB4201-PXE ethernet adapter with a PXE on disk.
I get the following error when booting from PXE on Disk floppy:

Error: Invalid local media boot partition.

with my IBM HS21 server. The adapter is recognized with no problem within Windows 2003. I need PXE to clone this machine.

Any hint? Thanks and regards.
