EP-4103Dl -PXE PC card Ris error message

I use the floppy and can connect to the RIS server, select the image, files download.  Then on the reboot to format I get a stop error message: An initialization failure occurred while attempting to boot from the network.
I am attempting to image a Dell Latitude C600/C500 with a W2k image that I was able to get from the laptop to the RIS server.
Any suggestions??

We have encountered this problem with Dell laptops in the past.  Unfortunately, we don't have a solution at this time.

If you wish, contact our sales department to make arrangement for a refund.
