CDS UpgradeWe have recently purchased the new CDS. In our basic test environment we were able to migrate all of our IMG and MNU files over. We were also able to get the PXE menu to come up properly and drop our XP Images just fine. The issue lies where when we attempted to upgrade our production environment from CMS to CDS we received a few errors. The first that I recall was that it was not able to bind (application error) and the second was that port 67 was being used by another service. After attempting to fix this with Atif for awhile over the phone we were then forced to migrate back to CMS on our production server. Here is our environment: Our Ghost server is not the DHCP server. We have IP helper statements that assist with the PXE boot. CMS has been working on this same Windows 2003 SP1 machine for well over a year now. The only thing installed is CMS, Symantec Ghost Software and some basic Microsoft Admin Tools. The one thing to note is that this machine is running off a Quad Port Gigabit NIC which has been teamed for better throughput. Again, this exact setup has been running perfectly for over a year now (still is since we reverted back to CMS). There is no other TFTP software installed. CDS installs properly with no errors. CMS uninstalled properly with no errors. I've done some research on other PXE products and a few have mentioned this same issue occurs when their is a teamed NIC on the machine. That seems to be the only real difference between our lab environment and the production environment. I'm willing to bet once we downgrade to a single NIC that CDS will work fine. Can your team please assist us in getting to keep working in the same fashion. This quad port nic has been immensely helpful coupled with CMS. We have several images downloading and uploading at the same time with no issues. We will certainly lose this if we revert to a single NIC. Please advise. Thank you,
